These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Sales Automation and related services (the "Service") provided by Sales Automation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you access or use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
"Customer" means the individual or entity accessing the Service.
"Customer Data" means data submitted, transmitted, or connected to the Service, including email metadata and extracted contact information.
"Processed Data" means structured outputs generated from Customer Data.
"Confidential Information" means non-public business, technical, or personal information disclosed in connection with the Service.
"Sensitive Data" means payment card data (PCI), health information (HIPAA), or special category personal data under applicable law.
3. Description of Service
The Service enables Customers to:
Extract contact information from email signatures
Organize and categorize email metadata
Generate AI-assisted draft content
Integrate with authorized third-party systems
The Service does not:
Send communications without Customer action
Guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
Assume responsibility for Customer compliance obligations
All outbound communication decisions remain solely with Customer.
4. Subscription & Fees
If applicable:
Subscriptions are billed in advance.
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may modify pricing with notice prior to renewal.
Failure to pay may result in suspension.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Obtain all required consents for data processing
Connect only accounts Customer is authorized to access
Comply with Google, Microsoft, and integration partner terms
Review all AI-generated outputs before use
Customer is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and use of Customer Data.
6. Data Ownership & License
Customer retains ownership of Customer Data.
Customer grants Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, analyze, and transmit Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Company will not sell Customer Data.
7. Data Protection & Compliance
Where Company processes personal data on behalf of Customer, Company acts as a data processor and Customer acts as data controller.
Company will:
Process data only in accordance with documented Customer instructions
